We wasted over a year with Dr. Vel for my 6 year old son's ears. Finally, he was being prepped for surgery to put tubes in his ears, and at the last minute he decided not to do the surgery - oh, maybe I'll still do it - no, not going to do it. As my son sits there terrified. In the 6 months since, he's had several more ear infections, and Dr. Vel has refused to see us any longer, because we didn't go see a doctor buddy of his for an unrelated issue. DO NOT waste your time with this guy!
